On Saturday January 28th, it was time for the Hobo's to lead MHJC's monthly good of the club run for January. Jeff and I along with my co-worker Jose riding shotgun decided to meet at Mcdonald's in south Boulder for some breakfast. Later, we met up with the rest of the group at the trailhead which is just a few tire spins north of Boulder on Lefthand Canyon Drive.

We met at the trailhead at 8:30 and aired down. Temp was brisk and wind was sharp... |
We met the rest of the group around 8:30 to air down and to disconnect. The mountain air was brisk and the temps were cold but we were all ready to wheel after the long winter rest. We then proceeded up the trail with a total of 10 rigs.

During our 1st 10-100 break it was hard not to notice how shot up and trashed the area was. Remember these good codes of conduct. (Leave no Trace) (Tread Lightly) and (Pack-it in Pack it out). If everyone would pick up just 2 pieces of trash every trip on the trail they see, that's just two less unsightly things to see for the next guy on the trail.

After meeting at one of the old mines near the end of the trail, we all lined up for a group shot before heading down to
air-up. Even though it was chilly, it was a great day to spend with some old
friends and to meet a few new ones as well.
